Atma is a specialist in yoga treatment and sound healing therapy for neurological illnesses, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric problems, rheumatism, back pain, diabetes, and many other conditions. With the use of sound healing, yoga, and other therapies, he will relieve your bodily and mental stress.

Happy Yoga Nepal is just a few kilometers from the heart of the Kathmandu Valley at Raniban. A professionally furnished yoga studio will be available to attendees for efficient learning. Raniban, one of the main locations for yoga practices, is surrounded by peace and serenity. The magnificent Himalayas, where the Yogis and Lord Buddha were born—amidst mountains, jungle, and a lovely village—allow for inner body and mind transformation while still being close to Kathmandu city.

To ensure the success and integrity of the program, all participants are expected to attend and actively participate in all scheduled activities, including:

Regular attendance, openness to learning, and a disciplined approach help students gain the maximum benefit from this immersive yoga teacher training experience.

Rules for Students

To maintain a peaceful, disciplined, and spiritually supportive environment at Happy Yoga Nepal, all students are requested to follow the school guidelines carefully throughout the course.

  • Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the school premises.
  • Meat, fish, eggs, and other non-vegetarian foods are not permitted during the training, as they are considered counterproductive to yogic practice and lifestyle.
  • Nudity and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect teachers and fellow students, and follow the daily schedule sincerely.
  • Punctuality is essential. Students arriving late may not be permitted to join the class.
  • Attendance in all scheduled classes, activities, meditation sessions, and lectures is mandatory.
  • If you are fasting on any day, please inform the kitchen manager in advance to help avoid food waste.
  • Before departure, students are requested to clear any pending accounts and return borrowed items such as books, maps, or other school materials.
  • Accommodation is provided only for registered students attending the yoga course. Friends or relatives are not included in the student accommodation, though separate rooms may be arranged upon request at additional cost.

Participants who fail to comply with the school rules and code of conduct may be dismissed from the course.

To reserve your place at Happy Yoga Nepal, a non-refundable deposit of USD 200 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the school.
